Alice Maude Ewell papers [manuscript], 1924, n.d.

The collection consists of manuscripts and typescripts of "One night"; "A cheste of old cloathes"; "Across the fields (in July)"; "A legend of Limbour"; "Dogs that have loved me and cats that I have loved"; "The oldest lady of England" [the Dowager Countess of Desmond]; "Our mountain"; "The old, old mistress"; and, "Virgin Mary." In addtion, there is an envelope with text that is labelled "insert for Virgin Mary;" five unidentified manuscript pages; and, a postcard of a scene of Pohick Church with a note by Ewell. There is also a photocopy of a typescript entitled "History of the Ewell family" by Eleanor M. Ewell and Alice Maude Ewell.
